Refund policy for students

Where 5 Star Online Training cancels an in-class course, a full refund will apply.

Our online customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days in the following circumstances:

• When a refund is requested within 7 days of purchase AND;
• When no course completion certificates have been issued.
• Or when a course is discontinued during the allowed learning time frame

Refunds are administered by support ticket system to make it a simple and quick process for you.
